11. Notice
(1) Please wear your name tag at all times while attending.
(2) The newest data and information will be disclosed in the course of the meetings. Due to the
nature of the meeting and for intellectual property rights protection purpose, taking pictures,
recording videos and using voice recorders are not allowed during any session.
 
12. Exhibition
Poster and display area is located in the Poster session & an Exhibition–gallery: Reception Hall while the conference is held.
 
13. Coffee breaks

Coffee breaks will be held between sessions.

Drinking and eating are prohibited in the lobby.

 
14. Internet access
Wi-Fi access data cards are provided at the shops in the conference building for profit.
JPY500 for one-day use. (Shop hours: 07:30-21:30)
(ID copy is necessary to submit to rent. Rental fee must be paid in advance. Use of this card outside of the conference area is prohibited. If you lose or break this data card, you will be charged JPY22,995-.)
 
15. General Information
Only Japanese yen is acceptable at small stores and restaurants in Japan. You may use credit cards to purchase products or services at many locations.
You can exchange money at the airport, foreign exchange banks and other authorized exchanges upon presentation of your passport.
 
16. Climate
The Congress will be held in the hot and humid early summer. June is the rainy season in this area.
The average temperature is around 22℃ . Please be aware it may rain.
 
17. Electrical Appliances
Japan operates on 100 volts for electrical appliances. The frequency is 50Hz in eastern Japan,
including Tokyo.
 
18. Access Information

-From Narita Airport to the National Olympics Memorial Youth Center
Take the JR Line to Shinjuku Station (80-90 minutes by Narita Express)
Transfer to Odakyu Line at Shinjuku Station to Sangubashi Station (about 3 minutes). Walk to the
National Olympics Memorial Youth Center (about 7 minutes).
-From Haneda Airport to the National Olympics Memorial Youth Center
Take the Tokyo monorail to Hamamatsu-cho Station (about 23 minutes).
Transfer to JR Yamanote-Line (clockwise) to Shinjuku Station (about 23 minutes).
Transfer to Odakyu-Line to Sangubashi Station (about 3 minutes).
Walk to the National Olympic Youth Center (about 7 minutes).
